    Caesar’s Entertainment Corporation is a global gaming, hospitality and entertainment company operating over 50 casinos and hotels across several brands.  Today they are the fourth largest such company in the world with annual revenues of $8.6 billion.  Emerging from bankruptcy, Caesar’s is implementing a business and technological transformation to energize and grow their business.

    Caesars engaged MinervaWorks to assist in this transformation, focusing our efforts on the IT infrastructure through the evaluation of existing networks, compute, storage and security infrastructures, plus the operational and organizational aspects of creating, building and supporting of these platforms.  MinervaWorks conducted assessments, evaluated platforms and operations, created transformation strategies, developed architectures and designs to implement the cloud-first plans and is now assisting in the roll-out of these new hybrid cloud platforms.
